For over three years, Woodkid collaborated closely with Hideo Kojima and the teams at his studio Kojima Productions to compose and produce the original soundtrack for the highly anticipated video game DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH, following the global success of the first installment released in 2019. Designed to evolve in harmony with the player's experience, Woodkid's music adapts to different gameplay phases and the story's progression. Tracks like "To the Wilder" (featuring Elle Fanning) and "Any Love of Any Kind" (featuring Bryce Dessner), enriched by the angelic voices of the Suginami Junior Chorus, offer a unique and innovative soundscape. Now available on vinyl, Woodkid's compositions were recorded between Tokyo, Paris, and Los Angeles. They represent his most immersive project to date.
