Marc Lavoine's first album, whose 40th anniversary we are celebrating this year, has the very rare particularity in French music of having 6 out of its 12 tracks being certified hits. What an impressive ratio that few albums can boast! "Pour une biguine avec toi," "Le parking des anges," "Bascule avec moi," "Tu me divises par deux," "Si tu veux l'savoir," and of course "Elle a les yeux revolver" all topped the airwaves and charts in the mid-80s when competition was fierce.
